Healing in Nature - £100 per 50 minute session

For some people, they may struggle in a traditional session, sitting across from someone in a small room, or via a screen. I can offer a walk and talk session, where we meet in a mutually convenient place and we can use our time together to be in the fresh air and connect with what you need to recover psychologically.

There is also evidence that moving and particularly walking can help with processing difficult emotions and experiences.
