EQUINE ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY (EAP) 

£125 per 45-60 minute session

I completed my Level 4 Diploma in Equine Facilitated Interactions with Athena Herd in 2023.

Since then, I have found that Equine Assisted Psychotherapy can bring about change in a more embodied way for many people than talking therapy. It is particularly effective for young people and adults with mind-body-brain conditions, such as Long Covid and FND. I work alongside my equine co-therapist , Joey. The effect of EAP can often be deeply impactful, but the felt sense of the experience can be long lasting.
